Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt and require prior authorization.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at info@floralliving.com, and we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Any shipping costs to return merchandise will be deducted from the total refund. Items will only be accepted for return once FloralLiving grants a Return Authorization Number.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages due to shipping must be reported within two days of receipt, and photos of the damaged item(s) AND damaged packaging must be emailed to info@floralliving.com

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item and return the item you have using the return label we will provide. We will refund the returned item once it is received and deemed resealable.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method, less any return shipping fees. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
